The whole house sits on the ground as one piece, on a reinforced concrete raft foundation — stable, with no movement. The PIR edge insulation of the slab, the vapour-permeable (diffusion-open) wall build-up and the high-mass Liapor wall together hold the heat: low running costs, constant indoor temperature.
Cast, reinforced Liapor expanded-clay lightweight concrete wall: non-combustible (A1), with high mass that holds heat — and a service life of over 80 years. Its documented whole-life carbon footprint is 75% lower than that of a modern brick house of similar size.
A precisely cut glue-laminated (glulam) roof structure with concrete roof tiles, structurally ready for solar panels. Triple glazing in a sturdy solid-timber frame — real wood, not plastic, built to last for decades.

Not necessarily. The house is designed and oriented for your own plot; without a plot, it is also offered together with a plot under a development project, and we help you find one.
The company’s own mortgage broker team handles the paperwork. With a 20% deposit the full amount can be financed, if the client meets the bank’s conditions; it is also possible under the FIX 3% home-creation programme (Hungarian state-subsidised housing scheme).
